State of the art training equipment and techniques ensure maximum athletic gains in every aspect of the game. The training program consists of repetitive high-intensity activities with minimal rest-periods, much like the standard demands of a competitive game.
With the length of the court being 90 feet at its greatest length, the ability to accelerate and achieve maximum speed in a short distance is essential.
This type of speed training is utilizes sport-specific cone drills and resistance training. Foot-work and foot-speed is also trained with agility ladders.


USI has developed an injury prevention backed by top orthopedic surgeons that assesses and corrects jumping/landing technique and strengthens the muscles and tendons for improved performance.
