An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Thursday, repeating until October 15, 2020
This is an intense full body workout that will improve your muscular strength and endurance by utilizing free weights, body bars and other equipment. Focus is on sets, heavier weights, lower repetition.
It is encouraged to bring a water bottle, towel and heart monitors..
