Yogilates is the merge of two excellent mind, body and spirit workouts – Yoga & Pilates. This total body conditioning will develop core strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility, and help reduce stress. Beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike will enjoy a challenging flow of Yoga poses and traditional Pilates movements for proper postural alignment and muscle balance.
It is encouraged to bring a water bottle, towel and heart monitors..
