Barre – Tendu Toning – Rachel

An event every week that begins at 4:30pm on Thursday, repeating until October 15, 2020
Combines Pilates, Strength Training, and Ballet into a Barre and floor based regimen. The method shapes every major muscle group through targeted exercises that also burn away fat. The body becomes leaner and more slender.
It is encouraged to bring a water bottle, towel and heart monitors..
